Embrey Mill Announces Initial Home Builders

North Stafford, Virginia –June 11, 2013 – Embrey Mill, an 831-acre master-planned community in North Stafford, Virginia is pleased to announce the selection of homebuilders for its first phase of development. The following builders will construct the new community initially:


Embrey Mill is committed to providing a simpler lifestyle and a focus on quality time with family and neighbors, and this priority is reflected in the community’s choice of builders. As such, each of these six builders has created exclusive home designs or adapted existing plans to accommodate the needs of the homebuyers at Embrey Mill.

The community is scheduled to open with nine models and many styles of move-in ready homes that will appeal to a variety of buyers, and designs featuring architectural details that evoke the region’s notable history. Townhomes from 1,900 – 2,300 sq. ft. plan to start in the mid $200,000s and Single Family Homes from 1,900 – 4,200 sq. ft. plan to start in the mid $300,000s.

When complete, Embrey Mill will feature 1,827 new homes and multiple civic and recreation centers, as well as over one-third open space including extensive public parks and 10 miles of trails. Embrey Mill is scheduled to open Summer 2013.
