Being just 5 miles from Quantico and less than 45 miles from Washington, DC, Embrey Mill® is honored to be home to so many military families. In fact, about 67% of our community is or was active military. We’ve created a hometown for our military residents, a place made even easier with the support of other military residents. Throughout the year, Embrey Mill offers many opportunities to get together as a community through various fun and exciting events.
Both Embrey Mill and Stafford County offer benefits for military members and their families. We want you to be as proud to call our community your home base as we are to have you here.
Embrey Mill's home builders offer special incentives to military members (active duty and veterans) and their families. Our community makes sure you're taken care of from the moment you say yes to calling Embrey Mill your new home.
Currently we are stationed at the Pentagon, and are in the process of retiring. We wanted to upgrade from our townhouse to a single-family home. We looked in our area as we love Stafford. With our three daughters and our mom rounding out our family, my wife and I love the focus on community at Embrey Mill. There is a deliberate and purposeful attention to community that shows in the design, the activities and the neighborhood. I haven’t even moved in yet, and I have met my neighbors. We have gone to the café and explored the gym and pool areas. This environment is exactly what I want for my family; a neighborhood-based community. Our experience so far has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! Memorable and delightful. Particularly the Integrity Homes builder whom we chose. They have been so kind, helpful, and informative. The homes and the environment are great, but the quality of the people I have worked with through this process have really sold me on the fact that my family made a great decision buying at Embrey Mill! —Vernon and Ceroma G.
My wife and I have searched for years, not just for the right home, but the right community to raise our family. I am absolutely sure we found it with the Embrey Mill® community. As a Veteran of the U.S. Army, we chose Embrey Mill because we absolutely love the attention to detail in the community—the café and pool, the playground and fields, the outdoor grill and walking trails, the shade trees and manicured lawns. We had looked at many, many homes and developments over the past three years and none of them compared to Embrey Mill in their priority towards community development. I sincerely want to thank Newland Communities for their effort to plan and design such a wonderful community. —Mr. and Mrs. Mike J.
Having been previously stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC, and now in Fredericksburg, I heard about Embrey Mill from my Real Estate Agent and was immediately drawn to the ideal location, amenities, and craftsmanship of the homes. I’d certainly recommend the Embrey Mill community to other service members. The location is away from a lot of the hustle and bustle, but right up the road if you need to head north or south. Really, I couldn’t be happier. —Tiffany W.
