Yoga in the Park
Namaste! Join us for Sunset Yoga with instructors from Latitude Yoga Co. on July 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24thand 31st! Head over to the lawn next to Embrey House for yoga every Sunday at 7pm. Then on Thursdays join us for Family Yoga at the Tot Lot on July 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. Children as young as two can participate! These classes are free and open to the public. Just another great event during the #summerofembrey!
