Local Fall Festivities
Fall is such a fun time of year. Between going to the pumpkin patch with friends and family, sipping on warm apple cider, carving pumpkins, and passing out candy for trick-or-treaters, there is so much to do! As new residents to the Stafford area, we’ve compiled a list of fun and local fall festivities for you to check out!
Stafford County Agricultural and Homemaking Fair
Thursday, October 17th through Sunday, October 20th
9000 Celebrate Virginia Parkway Stafford, VA 22406
This fair is a fun weekend-long event for the whole family. You can expect carnival rides, games, vendors, pig, goat & duck racing, 4H show, petting zoo, pony rides, homemaking contest, antique tractor show, music, and food. Click here for details.
Stafford Trunk or Treat – Disney Theme
Saturday, October 26th from 4-7pm
Stafford County Government Center Parking Lot – 1245 and 1300 Courthouse Road
Children 12 and under are welcome to participate in this free Trunk or Treating event. The theme is Disney, so be sure to dress your kids in a fun Disney themed costume! There will also be a live DJ and crafts. Click here for details.
Clark’s Farm
October 4th through November 1st from 10am-6pm
721 Courthouse Rd. (Rt. 630), Stafford, VA 22554
Stop by Clark’s Farm to pick out your perfect pumpkin at the pumpkin patch. The farm is open seven days a week and also has a few play areas for younger children. Click here for details.
Fall Harvest Festival at Belvedere Plantation
September 21st through November 3rd

Halloween 5k and Monster Mile
October 26th from 7:45am-10am

Run with us for our 4th annual Halloween 5K and Monster Mile hosted by the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center and Embrey Mill by Newland Communities. Pick out your costumes and bring your family and friends to run with you or cheer you on! Click here for more information.
